I am Manisha Choudhary, with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and certification in Therapeutic Nutrition. My work focuses on clinical nutrition and diet management, based on individual health needs.
I have 8 years of experience working with people dealing with weight management, hormonal conditions, and other health concerns that require structured nutrition support.
My approach is based on understanding lifestyle, routine, and health condition before planning a diet. I focus on creating plans that are practical and easy to follow consistently.
So far, I have worked with 2,500+ clients, supporting them in achieving their health goals and improving their relationship with food.
For me, nutrition is a continuous process of guiding people towards better health through everyday habits.
